Hello Asselito,

I know you are on a healthy fit journey so no sugar in the box this time. As you know I’ve gotten fat so I kept the sugar for myself🤣.
This website is so you can understand the story behind all the items, know which countries they are from and learn about their health benefits, so that you can enjoy them even more!
It’s also so that you don’t destroy these premium foods. 😝 They are all very delicious (except the chocolates 🤣)
Anyways here are some very important points you need to keep in mind:

  • OLIVE OIL: The olive oil is my baby. DO NOT use it for cooking/frying or I will unfriend you. (I’m serious 😒)
    Buy some delicious bread and dip it into it, its soooo good. Or put it on a nice Italian style sandwich.
    You can also just take 1 table spoon every morning as a supplement. Very good on an empty stomach. But I love the taste so I enjoy it with good bread only.
  • CHEESE: The Parmigiano Reggiano is riped for 40 months! Older than your baby. 🤣 Most Parmigiano is 18-24 months.
    Also the cheese itself should be fine, it can stay 1-2 weeks outside of fridge vacuum sealed so it should have survived the shipping. 😅
    Keep in fridge but when you wanna eat it, let it sit for 60 minutes so it gets to room temperature for the best flavor.
  • OLIVES: Store the olives with its liquid in the fridge after opening. The liquid will harden but when you wanna eat just take out the amount you need. Let it get to room temperature, the oil will get liquid again and you can take out the olives.
    Be careful with salt intake though, dont eat more than 10 pieces a day.
  • HONEY: The honey is another of my babies. It’s crazy high quality, like medical grade so it tastes a bit medicinal/strong 😅 Very good to eat 1 teaspoon every day. Yes, its sugar but it has lots of healthy enzymes, antioxidants, and bioactive compounds. You can even use it on wounds.
  • SARDINES: The sardines you can just eat out of the can with the sauce, great snack and it tastes great! But knowing you, you’ll just make it with egg or something 😂
  • CHOCOLATES: The chocolates I don’t like 😂 I’m trying to go to more pure chocolate. I normally eat 86% pure chocolate, but I wanted to go to 100% pure. As you know pure chocolate is healthy and these chocolates have also won international awards. But they taste so strong 😭 I eat them for health but I dont enjoy them 🤣
  • COFFEE: The Menengic “coffee” has no caffeine so you should be happy.
    To prepare it: for every 1 cup of water, you need to put 1 dessert spoon of menengic. Then you slowly start heating it up while stirring untill it boils. (some people add sugar into the drink) So the menengic en water heat up together. Don’t heat the water and then afterwards add the menengic like its nescafe. Its what I did 🤣
  • WHITE TEA: I love this white tea. Its rare. For 1 cup of 200-250ml you should use around 3 grams of tea. The nice part is you can use the same tea multiple times and the flavors are a little different every time. I drink like 3 cups of 200 ml all evening using the same leaves ☺️
    How to prepare a 200-250 ml cup:
    – Heat water to 85 degrees (not 100 degrees)
    – Use 3 grams of tea
    – First round wait 2,5-3 minutes before removing leaves out of water
    – Second cup: wait 3-4 minutes before removing the leaves
    – Third cup wait 5 minutes.
    Personally I like it even lighter, so I only use 2 grams. (Also the bag is only 20 grams 😭)
  • BLACK TEA:
    – Heat water to 100 degrees
    – use 3 grams of tea
    – First round: 3 minutes waiting before removing leaves
    – Second cup: 4 minutes waiting before removing leaves.
    – Third cup: 5 minutes of waiting
  • LUMINETTE: The glasses were mine, I think I showed you once 😄 Thought it would help you with the winter dip.
  • As for the MASKS, perfect while sipping on your tea 😂 (and you’re old 👵🏼)
